So I'm in a sound poetry class this semester, and am now going to force myself to regularly update this thing for realz so here's a poem I just wrote for class.

Friction

All my shoes give me blisters
my wrist hurts
from my sister's
right hook rebuttal
in trouble
from my wordless mother
as blood pours out

Slip my shoes on and walk out

If my hands stop working you can call me lazy


Another piece from the end of the semester. Now that finals are almost over I'm going to have to do some mass posting.
Got a really positive crit today tho for survey which made me so happy and just really gave me the little bit of reinforcement I needed to make me feel like I was finally in the right field.
